The Weber 721001 Smokey Mountain Cooker is 18.5 inches and measures 19 x 19 x 41. This cooker comes with two sections so you can easily smoke large quantities of food at one time. The cooker resembles a bullet shape and comes in a black color weighing 52 pounds. This is actually an updated version of the Weber 2820 model.

This version incorporates a wider door making it easier to add more charcoal. The updated door latch is very secure and is spring loaded. This makes it simple to tell if the door is securely closed or not. Customers love the addition of the built in thermometer which is located on the lid, previously you had to purchase a thermometer separately.

At the bottom of the cooker there is a catch pan for the ash to fall into. This makes clean up that much easier and looks less messy too.

The vents and door are all rust proof and with this porcelain enamelled construction you can be certain that this smoker will stand the test of time. The handles are heat resistant and the lid handle is constructed from heat resistant nylon. This particular Smokey Mountain Cooker comes with a high quality grade cover and additional cookbook.
